Natalya Zentsova — a specialist who will help you overcome addiction

Core Areas of Work

Addiction

Alcohol, drug, and substance dependency. Working with cravings, motivation, and relapse prevention, as well as support for family members and codependency.

PTSD and Trauma

Support for post-traumatic stress disorder, the aftermath of violence, difficult life events, and loss.

Anxiety and Depression

Low mood, apathy, anxiety and panic states, and life crises.

Burnout

Chronic stress, emotional and professional exhaustion, and difficulty recovering.

Complex Cases and a Second Expert Opinion

If a problem has persisted for a long time, previous help hasn't brought the expected results, relapses keep occurring, or it's hard to know which specialist to turn to — I conduct an independent assessment of the situation and help determine the next strategy, involving relevant medical specialists when necessary.

"

I approach each person not as a set of isolated symptoms, but within the context of their entire life situation.

My approach to the work

Factors considered when assessing a case

Psychological and emotional state
History of how the problem developed
Family system and lifestyle
Stress factors
Previous psychological and medical treatment history
Your personal guide — from choosing a clinic to full remission
There are hundreds of clinics online — you’re afraid of guessing wrong, wasting time, money, and your last hope. I take on total control of the treatment. I stay in contact with the clinic throughout hospitalization. The process happens under my personal supervision.

Premium-level expertise that I’m responsible for
More than 20 years of practice in addiction medicine, psychiatry, and psychotherapy. Specialization — complex, combined cases: addiction + depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout.
Confidentiality as the standard
Absolute confidentiality is a basic condition of my work. No registration on state records. No entry into registries or databases.
First step — a confidential conversation.
I understand the weight of this decision. No pressure, no judgment — just a professional look at your situation and an honest conversation about possible strategies.

Methods and Techniques

Tools are selected individually based on each client's needs. I don't follow a "one method for everyone" approach.

Hypnotic Techniques

Working with unconscious patterns and deep-seated beliefs

EMDR

Processing traumatic memories and their effects

Motivational Interviewing

Strengthening internal motivation for change

Biofeedback Therapy

Teaching self-regulation through biofeedback

Systemic Family Approach

Addressing the problem within the context of family relationships

Body-Oriented Practices

Addressing tension and stress through the body

Self-Regulation Techniques

Tools for managing emotional states

Working with Behavior and Emotions

Changing patterns of reaction and behavior

An Interdisciplinary Approach

A psychological issue can't always be resolved solely in a psychologist's office. When there are grounds for it, I recommend a consultation with a physician or another relevant specialist, and in complex cases I coordinate care with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and neurologists — not to replace medical care with psychological support, but to build the most effective path forward.
